Come and Discover Panul
While Santiago is full of buildings and enormous constructions, the city is not limited to that alone — it is full of unexplored places that we should visit at least once. Many people say they don't like the capital, but perhaps what's missing is a visit to the incredible places we have, such as Panul, the last native forest spanning around 340 hectares, home to species such as Peumos, Canelos, and Aromos, among others…
Do you want to visit it for the first time?
For those traveling by public transport:
The forest entrance is located at the end of Rojas Magallanes, and to get there by Transantiago you can reach the last stop of routes 322, E03, E07, and E10.
| Route | Weekend Frequency | View Route |
| 322 Bellavista de La Florida – Jardín Alto | 12 minutes | Click here |
| E03 Metro Lo Ovalle – Jardín Alto | 10 minutes | Click here |
| E07 Bellavista de La Florida – Rojas Magallanes | 12 minutes | Click here |
| E10 P.21 Santa Rosa – Jardín Alto | 10 minutes | Click here |
Another option is to travel by shared taxi (colectivo) 3019. Its route starts at Av Mirador Azul (Metro Mirador), goes along Av. Vicuña Mackenna, and then climbs up Rojas Magallanes to the end of the street, where the park entrance is located.
Don't let them take these spaces from us — let more and more people continue to enjoy the wonderful natural spaces that this city offers us.
